NOAKES READING NOOK

Hello Happy Readers,

We had a lot to celebrate and learn about in our Library during the month of October.  We did many celebrations as well as learning about Fiction and Non-Ficiton books.

In November we will have a Book Fair.  In will run during the school times November 13 and November 17th.  Classes will be invited down to purchase books.  For every book or item purchased Mountain View Library will be given credit to purchase new books for our Libraries.  (the students love helping me choose these!)  The Book Fair will also be open the evening of Family/Teacher interviews.  So please do drop by before or after your interview.  We will also be open during the morning of the 14th for families with interviews during that time.  (you are also welcome to pop by if you do not have an interview that morning)  Thank-you in advance for your support.

In November we will recognize and learn about more celebrations and important days.  Remembrance Day will of course be an important learning event.  Students will also be introduced to our Digital Library and its features.

Happy Reading Everyone!

Mrs. Noakes

Teacher Librarian
